you mean the slope land is from the last corner unit of the type I that still available? I actually didn't know as I haven't go to the construction to survey the land itself 

Damn, mine is intermediate unit got land behind......but I remember when Wendy showed me the plan view from architect, there is actually a small jogging/walking track next to the fence/gate behind.

To ease your concerns, when I was contemplating purchasing a lot like yours, Wendy informed me that because N92 land e.g. Type I facing semidee where your lot is located, is (about 10 feet?) higher than road level yes, there is a slope right now at the common land behind your lot. Nadayu will be filling up the entire slope in the common land so that all the common land/jogging track will be fully level with your lot, and they will build a retaining wall to replace the temporary metal advertising wall currently in position. You are not paying for a slopy backyard. So steady and have some faith in Nadayu Bro, no need to swear  .

I have some pics of the metal wall, it looks like temporary only. Is there any concrete wall? Anyway Wendy said these are temporary...

sorry, my bad.. it is a concrete wall with advertising stuck on it. It is bengkang bengkok and looks too flimsy to be permanent wall. I guess Nadayu will replace this wall with a more solid and higher concrete wall.

According to Kajang 2 plan, there's a new road connected Kajang 2 and Nadayu 92 through the international school. Anyone can update on this?

How's the Unifi and Streamyx?

Just got back from n92. Rained like hell. noticed that almost the whole driveway gets wet and thr is a weird water outlet from the second floor that lets the water flow down, like a tap, close to the main door. Spalshes everywhere.

Worst thing when i drove down to reko, the u turn area was flooded like hell to the extent tat a car broke down in it. Luckily i managed to pass wo any probs. The whole area on reko seems to be flood prone  la. HORRIBLE

saw some TM guys sitting outside Nadayu to get people to sign up for Streamyx.

Looks like got to settle with streamyx only as Unifi will still take time. The more people that sign up for unifi, the earlier they will work on it (I've done my part).

Hope everyone else registers for unifi as well..its free to register. Once there is unifi available, TM will call you and that time u can decide whether to install or not. No obligation and no cost involve.

Once unifi is available, other services that use TM infrastructure such as Astro broadband will be automatically available as well..

Our neighbours Kajang 2 got Unifi already, however there is very low response from Nadayu. That's why TM is reluctant to extend the cable up to Nadayu.

Please go and register Unifi at your nearest TM point and make Nadayu92 a high speed broadband community :-)

No la bro..no Unifi available at Nadayu at this moment, only streamyx. For Unifi to be available, there needs to be fiber optics cable, which is not in place yet.

Yea I think they are using the same brochure maybe...but I checked with the guys at the booth and they confirmed Unifi not available.

They mentioned, TM will consider providing Unifi if there are a lot of streamyx users (minimum 70%) and if there are a lot of people who has registered for Unifi.

The SAs previously told me that would be the plan, but it will be up to the residents to decide. Will be nice if Nadayu can throw in some gym equipments for us to start with

I don't think the common facilities like gym can be inside semi-D area..unless the residents are given access to both locations..

Exactly!! two entrances for a small taman is pointless. they should have made one grand entrance and combined the facilities in the semi d area to make a larger park and better facilities.

The park could have been at the center of the development and the houses placed around it. That way everyone can access the park and facilities easily..not to mention more homes can enjoy the view of the park..

Ya damn susah with two entrance. Sure got a lot of guest silap masuk all. I dun think n92 will convert it into gym as it is not in snp. Not sure if we can kumpul money n make a gym.

Anyone tried fixing the electricity main point (3 things they gave). Can take out n put ah whenever we want ?
