Tell ur snp lawyer and bank loan lawyer to hold 5% to developer. Make them write the black and white. In the black and white, it should state the remaining 5% will be paid to them after all defects are rectified

Check previous posts. There will be a flyover from persiaran bangi straight to kajang 2 and that road leads to nadayu 92 and tropicana. A direct access from.tropicana to silk will also be there. U can also use kajang 2 road leading to silk soon.
