tikaram, are you one of their supplier? If not, just wondering how you know this. In construction industry, normally sub-con will stop work almost immediate when no payment. I am new to this tread but find you really irritating.

Got a few semi ds unsold but vp oredi.i asked the SA how good is the waterproofing for the retaining wall(semi d got drop down one level), he cannot answer. He said we cover anything that spoil in one year. So is the defect & liability period 1yr only I asked, he said yes, 1 yr only...ya ka?

The actual fact: nadayu share price has appreciated 50% over the last 1 year :-)

Another fact: phase 1 and 2 are fully completed and phase 3 is almost done..phase 1 and 2 were delivered ahead of schedule and phase 3 looks to be continuing the same trend :-)
