There have delay supplier payment very long already despite CNY.

They r not doing good things wo.

those are the things there are suppose to do it without need ppl highlight wo.

they dont do it last time . Bcs $ problem. Ppl highlighted. Now they do it. So u conclude as " do good things"

Go tell nedayu to pay thier contactor on time. To do good things...... oh sorry. It is not good things again. Bcs pay on time is wat they suppose to do under thier letter of award. No?

Some people always wanna hentam regardless of the improvements that are coming. Just keep quiet guys. The ones I mentioned here are minor ones. The major ones we keep in the pocket. When wanna launch only we show.

tikaram, are you one of their supplier? If not, just wondering how you know this. In construction industry, normally sub-con will stop work almost immediate when no payment. I am new to this tread but find you really irritating.

Hehe..my post did stir a lebahs nest in his banana farm huh..btw, went to jh sales opis after picking kids from eaton. Got a few semi ds unsold but vp oredi.i asked the SA how good is the waterproofing for the retaining wall(semi d got drop down one level), he cannot answer. He said we cover anything that spoil in one year. So is the defect & liability period 1yr only I asked, he said yes, 1 yr only...ya ka?

Also when they talk nonsense..they should be blocked..haha..

according to banana man..nadayu is in deep shit..cash flow problem..bla bla bla..

The actual fact: nadayu share price has appreciated 50% over the last 1 year :-)

Another fact: phase 1 and 2 are fully completed and phase 3 is almost done..phase 1 and 2 were delivered ahead of schedule and phase 3 looks to be continuing the same trend :-)
