Thanks, and many congrats on your decision to purchase... rclxms.gif

If it is Schedule H, then should be 21 working days. Can refer here - http://www.kpkt.gov.my/kpkt/borang/lesen/Schedule_H.pdf

I think if yours still not completed piling - stage 2(a), no billing yet. Saving you some interest, since we all handover same time...

Mine already completed 2(a), and 2(b) will be completed or almost near completed by the time my SPA signed, so I have to expect 25% billing claim soon!  ohmy.gif

I'm not sure where is the current status, but Zila mentioned there is none of the type-I billing issued till last Sat....could it be that the construction already completed for 2a/b, but dev office still not start the billing? can you confirm with Wendy or head office on this, i only have the words from lawyer firm only so far.

That's funny. Wendy informed me a month ago that 2(a) completed for my unit, which confirmed what I had seen when I visited the construction site 2 months ago - piling completed with pillars and some floor beams up to 1st floor. Your unit started construction later.

Based on what Zila said, probably means that the architect has yet to issue any cert for Type I units, but will be doing it in batches. Unless any other purchaser of Type I has received billings? I guess the developer will not delay the billing if cert issued. lol.

Think someone already answered your question on checking hollow tiles. As for those hairline crack, up to now it does not reappear after apply undercoat and repaint. Only those bigger crack where i think they should hack and cement it instead just using some sort of plaster to cover it, though i am not sure whether this should be the way, any expert here?
*
Thanks ctyyc, hopefully the undercoat and repaint can do the job. Will ask them about the bigger cracks on how they plan to fix it.

Folks

I will be signing my SPA for Type I soon, and need to prepare my funds for the progress billing which will be issued soon after signing. Can someone please confirm that the SPA adopts the standard HDA Act 1966 "Schedule H" where, under the Third Schedule, payment is due within 21 working days of receipt of the Vendor's written notice of completion of each stage?

Mucho gracias!
*
Yes, it's 21 days but remember that it includes Saturdays and starts from the invoice date, not from when you/bank receive it. I hate this part! mad.gif

Initially I thought type A was a little bit weird but when i see finish product, the concept is actually not bad. Can you guys share your photos for different types?

Nice photo, bro! rclxms.gif

I feeling the same too. It's a nice design!

However, i will make some renovation on 2nd and 3rd floor.

Here's my plan, i will 'tampal' the big hole on the second floor which make the second floor a lot bigger.

Our master bedroom is quite small too. Thus, i plan to convert half of the living room on the 3rd floor becoming a big 'walk in wardrobe'

I have the quotation already with a good interior design contractor. The contractor will settle everything for me including renovation, wardrobe, kitchen cabinet etc... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

I survey more than 10 companies and this is the best price & service i could get. biggrin.gif

It's a all in one contractor, do let me know if anyone need the telephone number for the contractor.

It's nice Amint,

You can make it really very grand if you like.

Nice modern chandelier. Change the rails to classic contemporary rails. Throw a nice large carpet on the ground floor. Nice matching sofas on the ground floor and nice matching dining table set on the second.

Think it will look impressive.

ps: you can later even use the unit to rent for photoshooting. Lol

Hi cheon,

Good idea on 'tampal' the hole, never really thought about that. Guess can do that if don't really bother about the sunlight from roof. Please PM me the ID contact details. Thanks.

Tampal the "hole" then gone lar the concept... But it's up to you lar. Do you need to build extra support to cover the "hole"? One man's hole is another's poison... Not all holes can accommodate everyone's liking.

Sure, no problem. Everyone welcome biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

The contractor put some advertisement in local magazine, and he's my staff's friend.

My brother just asked him to do a wardrobe at Kajang Utama. RM3300 including anti-jump door until top for 7.5 feet width wardrobe.
I think this is a good price since this guy can provide us 3D design and the material is quite ok one.

Others might be cheaper, but the design is a bit old fashioned~

Yes, i am thinking too. Once tampal the hole the whole house will become bigger. However, the concept gone.

Yes, we need some support. Anyway, the cost to tampal the hole is quite reasonable~
