any type A's owners here notice that only single-phase meter is given by the developer?
is it enough to support normal household electricity load?
i heard that we should upgrade to a 3-phase supply if there are 3 or more air-conditioners in home in order to ensure the stability and reliability of electricity supply,is it true??
what's the issue if we don't upgrade??

True la. I also dont like to put grille. Looks like penjara but no choice. Our country has poor security. So much for "safest country in south east asia" slogan in Klia

Didn't you see the asterisk beside? *safest country in south east asia, TnC applies... biggrin.gif

Cool, bro.. biggrin.gif

I suppose you are moving your living room from GF to 1F (more practical if together with kitchen/dining and the huge balcony)? IF my house, I would also convert GF into entrance foyer and children's den, or consider partitioning off a room for use as a study/guest room/home office  biggrin.gif

I am a soho and i hope to convert it into an office for ground floor.

For the time being, i'll make in a living room + small office at GF smile.gif

So looks like 2 n 2 1/2 stories are on 1 phase la. Tats bad news. My condo is on one. It does d job but its only 1k sf la. 3x d siza shud be 3 phase rite. Very cheeky la this developer. Generous on sf but stinging on basic stuffs tat loads of other devs are offering nowadays.

Really need if u plan to put in 3 airconds onwards?. 2 airconds with 2 water heater, 1 refrigerator and 1 icebox can still do the job for phase 1 in my other house. Fyi. But cheeky la this developer
