I just came back from nadayu 92. nadayu 92 is quite nice but the surrounding is not so. is that garbage dumping area on the way to nadayu 92? kajang hill golf also not maintained properly. very sad because nadayu 92 itself in my opinion is good.

How to solve Kajang flood? I think authority knows about this problem but does nothing. Dont think it will be solved so soon In fact i think its going to be worse because more development coming. what to do?

My opinion if you can install a gate. Go install it. If u can afford to install alarm system, install one. Let your house be a 3 stage security system: Pak guard, gate, alarm system. This is Malaysia. It is not such a safe country as what it used to be.

yeah, if it is strata title, can be summoned by majlis perbandaran. If individual title, it is ok. Both got pros and cons.

guys, i got 2 questions:

1) where is tnb room? in the middle of nadayu 92, right in between type D 2.5 storeys, right?

2) where is the HTC? Only near the semi-d and bungalows,right?

Guys, safe or not to drive at lets say 9pm to 12am either from railway tunnel or factories? Which way is safer btw?

Hello future neighbours. smile.gif anyway are u guys mostly investors or own stayers? My bro took a video and sent to me. I saw some big building at the back of nadayu 92 (in kajang 2). Whats that? Looks like a mall. Is it?

Hello dude. I went for 2.5 storeys. I realized nadayu 92 designs have a lot of voids. I think can ask own contractor to just kasi tutup itu void to make it bigger. I like nadayu 92 very much. Unfortunately, i came late

Yeah natural light easy to get in but waste a lot of space. Just look at the bungalow too. Have the most voids. I guess up to individuals. Some may prefer more space while some already got space and just need natural lighting.

I dont see whats the big deal. Once dijaya development and kajang 2 commercials fill in the gap, u will see how keng nadayu 92 is. I was late buying this. Earlier purchaser untung wo. Imho this is undervalued

Distance is one thing. Traffic jam is another. KK via Kesas and then Mex = very fast if get out before 7am. Nadayu 92 i dont think much issue but around pelangi semenyih, how? A bit of jam, right?
