Stay with us for more on this major breaking news... http://www.skysports.com/football/transfer...0,14896,00.htmlthat pundit used to be close to rafa back when he was at helm. if this news is any truth, i would be suprised it torres is finding a way out here. talking abt transfer, i feel the emergence of roman back a few seasons ago n now the mubarak dude has caused inflated prices in the market. u cant compare cole being worth 20m to suarez. somehow english based players have high prices on their foreheads n it puzzles me at times. just like 24mil for bent. no disrespect to bent. i think he's good, but 24mil ? that was more like villa desperate to land him to save their season. me thinks if jova doesnt leave. i doubt anyone will come. so lets hope for decent or if better good deals come this summer.

I think Torres will stay, now that we are growing stronger
Kenny as a manager made every player wanting to stay, even Reina. Reina wanted to leave when it was Woy and now that it is Kenny,he is sure this period of Liverpool is going to blossom and he surely wants to be part of this history. I think same thing is going in Torres' mind. Heck, even Suarez is begging his manager to let him come here.
But don't be too happy now, past 2 matches we fought against are 2 teams that we easily went through in past seasons. Our real test will be Chelsea. An away game against a strong team.

Babel is not going to any other EPL club, he's a true RED. Torres said the same thing before, that Liverpool will be the only his English club, so I'm a bit surprise with the latest rumours.. if it's really true.

Both SkySports and SoccerNet stating it so far: SSportsSNetEdit: Gonna taking these rumors partially until someone (preferably Nando himself) from Liverpool comes out to clarify it. This post has been edited by ik3da: Jan 28 2011, 08:20 PM

It changes nothing. If Torres wants to go, submit a transfer request. Unless ofcourse, there's a get out clause in his contract and Chelsea's has activated it - in which case we are partly to blame.

If Suarez is valued 20M and Adam is 10M, Even Atletico did not hesitate to rejects a lucrative 40M bid for Aguero, then Torres should be no less than 50M... after all Chelsea is sooo desperate to find a striker.

If torres really left, N'Gog and Pacheco should step up to take responsibility already. And this is the first step for the club start using youngster like arsenal.

Havent we learned anything ? We threw Insua and Lucas into the deep end and it nearly cost them their Liverpool careers. If Torres goes, we need to find another stellar striker, theres is no ifs or buts. We failed to replace Hypia, Alonso and Masc, and have struggled to no ends. We still havent found adequate replacements for all those players and now we're thinking of offloading Torres ? Can we stop digging the hole any deeper ffs.

If a nuclear bomb were to drop now in Anfield, we will still hold on to Torres...
Kinda sick of clubs who financially muscled their way to pry star players from rival clubs...rent boys that is

anybody who believes Guilliem Balague so call "info" need to take a step back to be honest..this was the same guy who said Torres was having his medical at Man Utd the season before he joined Liverpool..must say he's a pretty funny guy... Plus it comes from the Sky Sports the same site that said we are on the verge of signing Benzema on the last day of the previous transfer window and Babel was on his way to London in a helicopter to do a medical for West Ham when all he was doing at that time was eating cereals in his home in Liverpool...what bunch of bollocks
