I played Depths of Peril demo for...I'm not sure, 5 min probably. At least its longer than I played Dreamcatcher demo. I suppose the correct term for this game is "open world"?. NPCs are generated and can sometimes be recruited. Other times they are from other Guild. Met another warrior when jungling, I was really excited when I realize I can talk to her (a "talk" icon appeared, I mean). But there were lots of monsters, and by the time I finished with them she was DEAD. What the hell, so weak? At least this shows that NPCs are not immortal.

Graphic was bad, I am very disappointed the devs could not make the game at least as pretty as Diablo 2, this game here was released in 2007 if I'm not mistaken. I have no idea if this game will be good or not, the graphic was too much a downer for me. Also, way too sleepy right now to even try more of it. Demo is only around 70MB, if anyone's interested.

i set taiwan is it faster? i have tmnut 1mbps and i get roughly 90++kbps...so slow

i set mine to sg or my for 1mbps get around 150+kbps

now can get 120kbps...seems fluctuating

Seemingly I get the best speed if I set mine to Singapore. - 160~190kb/s

For Malaysia, fluctuating between 120~150kb/s, for Taiwan/HK it's around 130, no higher than 150.

my lines seem favor Taiwan, SG gave my 4mbps around 250-300kb/s while taiwan can goes upto til 400kb/s.

I got 3 questions here.

1. What will happen to the game community when Battlefield 3 is released? Because I heard PC can support up to 64 players. Imagine EVERYONE on Steam plays Battlefield 3. And its current peak players are around 100,000++.

2. Will my laptop be able to run Battlefield 3? at least on 1024x768 on medium settings? Cause I want to preorder Battlefield 3 and get "Back To Karkand" DLC free

3. When can preorder from Steam?

1. A lot people will choose to buy retail or from EA website because its cheaper most probably and some had pre-order it while it still not on steam. It is not a steamwork game so you wont see stuff like black ops etc since alot will be playing using EADM too.

2. I believe if u can play bad company 2, u can run battlefield 3 too.

3. Quite late since BF3 not coming out so soon. EA and Steam got a bad relationship =x Actually quite shock to see EA sell games on Steam. Its like why Blizzard no need to sell on Steam etc.

Thanks bro for the reply. I can run Crysis 2 demo at highest resolution and I cap the FPS at 30. Scared if I preorder the Battlefield 3, i cant play the game cause too lag. I really want the DLC. Still dunno buy at steam or buy retail better =/

hope Battlefield 3 got Beta...so can consider buying it if the game is playable on my laptop
