EVE Online: Incursion | -75% | $4.99

WOW thats like 5 bucks for 30 days of gameplay!! Really worth it for people who wants to try Eve online!

The expansions are all free, this is just like buying the gametime for 5 bucks! Normal is 14 bucks for 30 days.

I wonder if we could buy multiple times and use it or is it locked in some way.

Valve: Games Sales Model is 'Broken'
QUOTE
The current gaming sales system is broken, Valve believes, and it is high time something was done to amend it.  Valve boss Gabe Newell wants to see about going for a model that does not simply charge one price for every game out there.

“The industry has this broken model,” said Newell to Develop.  “That’s actually a bug.”

The solution, according to Valve, is to reward the proactive community for their dedication to games across the platforms.  He offers a few points on the proposed system.

"Some people, when they join a server, a ton of people will run with them," he said.  "Other people, when they join a server, will cause others to leave. We should have a way of capturing that.”

“We should have a way of rewarding the people who are good for our community. So, in practice, a really likable person in our community should get DotA 2 for free, because of past behavior in Team Fortress 2. Now, a real jerk that annoys everyone, they can still play, but a game is full price and they have to pay an extra hundred dollars if they want voice."

The thrust of the idea is to individualize the monetization of games towards consumers.  Steam already provides a platform in which to try this new sales system, but the comments remain as pure speculation and wish.

What! The last game that managed to top the chart besides CSS was MW2.

Maybe. No demo, so I hope anyone who bought it will give an opinion. And I suppose something like this is bound to be mentioned in RPS.

my friend was crazy about terraria, i'll be playing with him tonight

if possible, i will provide some feedback

ok just played it, an open sandbox game

crashed whenever i tried to change the options (running on win7 pro 64 bit)

sprites are the same, colours can be changed through RGB

not a networking expert, but something tell me this game might suffer from NAT issue, maybe (just a hunch)

play with your buddies, its fun

could be repetitive, but the though of going miles below and searching for treasure might just keep you hooked to it

crafting is available, you can make stronger weapons out of stronger material, such as wood, copper, iron etc

might be confusing at first for first timers but they should be able to pick it up in half an hour

make a house, it will attract npc

yeap, prettry much sums its up, imho get the 4 pack, 10$ feels just right but save up with the 4 pack biggrin.gif
