Portal 2 Is In The Wild, So Valve Skips E3

QUOTE
Now that Portal 2 has been released and blown everyone’s socks off, Valve is returning to its hidden fortress to work on DOTA 2 and perhaps more Half-Life.  The studio won’t be showing anything new at E3, so Half-Life fans can nix their hopes for Episode Three.

“Lots of folks have mailed asking about appointment times, etc., with Valve. Well, we are not showing any titles at this year's show. So no appointment is needed,” said Valve's Doug Lombardi in a message to the media.

Don't cry.

Now, I see the point of having daily sales. To encourage you to buy more indie games.

Me too, there are tonnes of really crap ones.

I have enough of them.

Indie games are just like mainstream games, there are good games and terrible games.

I think I'll just ignore the daily sales. It feels like valve is just shoving indie games that barely anyone plays at me. Nothing interesting appeared so far.
