i got mine for 226K +free 1 car park before launching.

Phase 3 RM360k is what unit size and which floor?I am interested to buy for home stay..

Anyone have any new updates on the progress of the condo? I notice the lights in the parking lots for Block B are on every night now.

the pv ppl said phase 6 official launch will be after 2-3months..
2 blocks, 800 units.. total 25 floors
unit sizes: 1333sq ft (RM360k), 1378sq ft, 1473 sq ft
come with 1 carpark

phase 3 heard will be completed around jun-july

Just called PV sales office, Phase 3 key may be released somewhere around July/Aug, delay in piling work.

Wow...look like we a good n bad news wo..
Good is our surrounding is more secure for the internal shoplots usage only...
But delay mean we need to pay more interest liao lo....

If the security is tight and consistent, I won't mind as long as the interest is reasonable I guess..pay for what you get, and security is high on my list as my curent rented place got broken into few years ago

It depend on ur S&P date of sign...plz look back what date is that...If your date is earlier than august, then most probably will
get your compensation for 10% late delivery...

Just an update on the progress...
Seem like the guard house is painted n the cool glass is installed today.left 3 units of balcony to be install.surrounding wall is doing patch up work too.

Thanks for the pictures, you visit the site every week? Looks like Block A still progressing slowly, Block B looks almost finished except maybe for interiors.. 

EDIT: anyone know what those buildings are just behind the condo? Office blocks or shoplots?

I went to de site yesterday also. Looks like it only left the painting partially outside block A. So the phase 3 is changed to fully gated?

Called PV sales yesterday, eventhough look like nearly completed, they said the earliest we can get the key is in Aug.. Due to historically CF for PV took around 2-3 months..

So I've read thru the SnP lastnight and saw that it's a 10% per annum compensation..but mine was signed in Sep 2009. Any of you have renovation plans for your condos? I'd want to do the kitchen, tv area and bedroom, can we only do this once we've received our keys?
