Divasweet, have u booked 1 unit at there?

i received SMS from the PV agent developer.. starting price for phase 6 is 340K. basically phase 6 is opposite of sales office.
Anyway i bought 2 unit 1 = Phase 3 and 1 Unit Phase 4..
Some ppl said that my house for phase 3 can reach 400K since my unit is bigger size then other floor My Phase 3 unit at level 23.

I'm planning to stay here after completed. The developer said it's may be completed with CF in the middle of june...

I bought the phase 3 unit. Already posted for RM400k. hahaha.. trying my luck. I know I can get RM380k..

phase 3 starting price rm230k++ ... i miss the chance/boat... that time i live at other place, so no come across with this...

ya, PV12 got ppl put RM400k... but the problem is.. the Bank value is not high,so buyers might have to fork out some extra $, but how many of them willing?

i heard the Tesco project been feeze... if not confirm can increase Value again...

confirm one is Parkson and Gaint (opposite). please comments.

I did ask the Financial Exec to check for me last friday but since she was out of the office, probably I will get the feedback by tomorrow.. the value not gud meh?

but I did saw 1 advertisement in Mudah selling for RM385k and she did put a contact for CIMB loan.. I'm not sure if the agent already check with the Bank or not.

Since the phase 6 already launched with the price around RM360k, I guess that would be the min price we can get for phase 3 and it will increase after we got our keys.

not sure about tesco but parkson is hiring ppl.

Hi, anyone know is the Phase 3 over the expected complete date?
If so any compensation for that? As I know the phase 2 is over also...

the pv ppl said phase 6 official launch will be after 2-3months..
2 blocks, 800 units.. total 25 floors
unit sizes: 1333sq ft (RM360k), 1378sq ft, 1473 sq ft
come with 1 carpark

phase 3 heard will be completed around jun-july

anyone wanna sell pv phase 4 or 5?

heard the new wangsa maju srjk (chinese) will build behind petronas/shell , if true, the demand will definitely shot up. maybe owning a pv is a privilege to enrol sjk?? (since pv donate land to sjk). p/s: desa park city used sjk kepong guarantee enrolment as thier major privilege/attract.

i dont think so fast all sold out..i jz went to the office last Sun and the person say can write name to register first, no nid pay booking fees until launch..but stil, i saw got ppl writing cheque, most propably is for this phase oso as there's no other new projects

i was told by staff that phase 3 is call PV13

can i conclude the below sequence naming??

phase 1 =pv10? shud name as pv11??
phase 2 =pv12?
phase 3 or C2c =pv13
C2a = pahse 4 = pv14?
C2b = phase 5 =pv15?
phase 6 (oposite computer form) = pv16?
phase 7 (op sri utama) =pv17
phase 8...
and so on...

pls correct me if i m wrong..

Any new developments since last update? Thinking of visiting the sales office this weekend to ask for an update so can start making plans on renovations. Looks like the mall beside the main road will be ready soon too. Any idea what stores will be opening there?

I have not heard anything from the sales office..

anyway, check with CIMB, at the moment they can only finance up to RM330k, so the mkt price more or less around RM360k but it will change when we receive our keys..

Went to show unit today, again, very nice showunit, very friendly and cute SA.

What is ppl general view about phase 6?

I visited the show unit, the design for phase 3 one is better.. hehehe.. but the best would be the last PV @ Taman Melati.. that show unit was superb..
