i am confuse, can we sell the property during construction period? Since phase 4 and 5 still under construction but already have ppl asking to buy.

I check in iproperty, got a few already start to promote/sell phase3 (PV13). Average asking price about 400k

Saw lighting at the top of block B already lighted on yesterday after went to driving range nearby.. Could we getting the key sooner than june??hope so..need to move in mid june to KL huhuhu.
Any info on the exact date for us to get the key?

Nope last week also start liao...I think the club house & pool side gaotim with the paint liao..
Dun know what to do at the carpark there lo..
I think left the guard house and some landscaping lo..

Maybe landscape and road not ready yet..Payment request for road oso didnt receive yet.. Really hope can get key by May..

So I've noticed that they are trying (testing?) the lights on the top floor of Block B lately. Anyone notice similar tests done at Block A? Went around the condo last week and noticed the guard house is under construction too. But the driveway behind the guard house looks kind of narrow to me

We were told by PV during the time we bought the unit that the shoplot at Ground Floor suppose is open for public, which same as PV12 now.
If it is guarded, means the shoplot mainly for residents only? If yes then most of residents will be very happy since the traffic in PV12 quite messy due to illegal parking along the road side.

Anyone clarify this issue from developer?

i think phase 3 is open while phase 4, 5 with wall. correct me if i m wrong.
