I guess the students will stick back to the cheaper alternative around KFC Jalan Genting Kelang there. He might be wrong anyway.

I don;t know who's buying.. that's y I'm asking..

my fren bough PV10 for RM178k but he's not selling it yet. not sure about PV12 though, I saw somebody put phase 3 as PV13.. not sure if it's correct.

Developer is now selling Phase 3 1600sqf at RM448K. That is RM280psf. So I assume 1313sqf is at least 367K?

yup, you mentioned it before. Phase 3 still got unsold unit? I almost bought the 1600sf last time it was around RM260k only. Anyway, the price will sure go up once the project completed. I am aiming to sell when it reaches RM380k - RM400k.

I saw somebody posted in iproperty and the price psf is RM300.. It will fetch a good price.

phase 6 just launch. i heard minimum price is 360K at almost the same size (13XX sf ). That shall form the base of the phase 3 price... i hope

i receive sms said that the price is around RM250-RM260psf, only two type, 3+1, 2 baths or 4rooms 2 baths

Where is the location of Phase 6? Is it under Danau Kota or Taman Melati?

seems like few agents give me different info however latest info i get is start from RM360K and size is start from 133X. That should be about 270 psf. Ppl already start to go book since yesterday.

According to SA, Phase 6 selling price start from RM270psf. Almost fully booked. Phase 5 was launched at price start from RM230psf. Next Phase 7 will be launched later this year. I guess the launching price will be even higher maybe around RM300psf. The developer still have some unsold unit in Phase 3 and selling at RM280psf.

all 3 rooms - so far map approved, 98% sold out..for phase 6...from the map SA show me... quite far from Phase 3...i dont like the location so i no place booking but conclusion this phase 6 sell like HOT CAKE.

yup.. phase 6.. the one left is the RM360k per unit, less than that finished already la..
