this place is nice especially the lake there is the one of the best in msia....scenic view...best! too bad, this proj by osk was badly executed in mkting with full of huge rebate n make it a almost all investors' proj. n many do not have holding power

Yes actually MBTL is not bad overall.
People may thought a lot of auction is because of quality issue or 'foreigner' problem
Basically all auction is from phase 2 'Block B'..because a phase 2 a lot of buyer is Singaporean, i think they are quite selfish since the project can't make $, they just leave it.

very huge CASH BACK for phase 2 buyer, people just collect the money (>100k) and disappear

current occupancy here is 50%. previous transaction was 423k. believe there were no other transactions here in the past few months. that's how bad subsales market is in this area.
