actually 5**k still far behind bank value..it is good buy for those plan to own stay..not for investment
checked jurunilai kajang..big unit value 800k, small unit 650k
too bad >500k is beyond my budget..
even though osk build quality is so so..but my wife was fall in love with landscape design which is done by Seksan design

Ya, we saw few PH..but we think it still safe to stay here..the security did good job..everwhr is cctv and a proper securiy control room..
actually PH issues are everywhr in klang valley

Not suitable for investment due to oversupply in cyberjaya, may to hold for 10years hmm.gif

For those seriously consider stay at cyberjaya, i believe they wont concern about the exit plan, MBTL facility and lanscape no doubt is better comparing others project in cyberjaya with range 400k~550k(what i mean is auction is value buy)

But MBTL could be the cheapest auction property in it grade

400k maybe can only get old condo or medium range service apartment

Own stay purpose and plan to move to cyberjaya..this is great deal i think

Yes actually MBTL is not bad overall.
People may thought a lot of auction is because of quality issue or 'foreigner' problem
Basically all auction is from phase 2 'Block B'..because a phase 2 a lot of buyer is Singaporean, i think they are quite selfish since the project can't make $, they just leave it.
