auction units everywhere here in this project.
1000 sqft if you can wait patiently possible to get at 3xxk. now got a unit at 405k. no point checking subsale. got price but no market no transaction also is paper value only. those plan to buy better aim at auction units.

Actually in current market if cash rich then can shop around even for investment. A lot of good deals everywhere...

But MBTL could be the cheapest auction property in it grade

400k maybe can only get old condo or medium range service apartment

Own stay purpose and plan to move to cyberjaya..this is great deal i think

Launching price in 2011 under DIBS was above RM550K. A lot of investors get burned in Cyberjaya.

remember there was huge rebate too like 20-25pc. Dont think a lot investors are burn...only those went into wrong proj or seclect the wrong type...smile.gif happen in everywhere.
