why out of so many cyber project this one fail? location not good?

This may be cheap but some cheap auction units are facing highway and rail track, hence not very liveable.

Manyak unit direct facing and close to highway. Drove along the highway... Passed by this project back side. Manyak units Windows sibeh near and close to highway. Upkeeping works Macam tak boleh pakai. Macam Jialat liao.

Choose those non facing highway

Actually nowadays there are so many condo is facing highway..even MK, DPC 1M condo

Cheaper price compared to non hwy facing will nornally do the trick.

Whenever i bypassed npe pass thru okr....u see petalz and other condos there......i also wonder how do ppl stay.....but still......ppl will toletate due to location. Same w MK KIARA.

some people may tolerance.. or they just the close the window/door..on aircond

actually same question as you when i passby kesas bukit jalil kiara, z residence, the rainz, parklane... NKVE mont kiara...etc..

those highway are much busy than dengkil by pass

It depends weather the highway is busy or very empty. Busy highway is actually better less noisy coz cars cant accelerate while empty you will cry at night.

so highway with more cars = less noise?

Yes eg NKVE, Sprint and LDP usually less noisy compared to NS Highway, SKVE, Duke, etc.

agreed especially those heavy trucks usually travel at night.

when there is constant noise, somehow the noise will form part of your senses and you tend to get use to it pretty fast.

but occasional noise will irrite you more......

i see. i guess next to busy highway is a unique selling point in the near future.
anyhow, i heard from people that actually staying in MBTL says this project not so bad la overall, worth the money based on this year price.

ppl will compromise everything and anything as long as price point is agreed upon, even on haunted house.

Price dropped basically unaffordable at the first place and followed by over supply. If price is low enough people will buy. with many more vp in cbj in next 2 years, price is expected to drop further.

mbtl is a indicator what is to come for other cbj developments.
