working adult or student?

Pak Hitam Here, seems like a lot of people here are just expressing their own twisted opinions and second hand experiences (I.e. My friends' brother-in-law has a cousin who rented...).

While I admit that a lot of PH are careless with rented property, It's usually people with kids (All races with kids are bad renters. just avoid) Also, just don't rent to people who look like they are drunk lah, Its simple renting principle.

Many here are just being racist, I'm looking at you Mr.JJchampian , reading about this thread makes it sound like Mirage By The Lake is full of black people when in realty its probably just 1 unit

I purchased a house, It's what most foreign friends who are staying long-term are doing (Uzbekistan, indonisa, Sudanese and so on), mainly cause the Malaysian renters are getting more racist everyday. You know what I mean, questions like "Are you Muslim" "Are you Indian" or "Are you Chinese" are just not acceptable in a supposedly multicultural society.

actually maybe its not got the most, but there is a lack of any other type of human there...so everyone you see is PH so you feel there are alot.

I know a Chinese couple who rent a place in MBTL, their bedroom is like a shit hole, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it. My point is, not only PHs are bad tenants, other people can just be as bad. It all boils down to how one is brought up.

How come so many uncivilised tenants in MBTL ?

Can be anyone lah, but so far the vast majority of them are foreign students...especially the ones from M.E.

Normal for town of edu, even nilai the same, was having college time in nilai and it was good a experience.

Ask our own self la...many of us also messy la. Take it easy. Life of being landlord..u need to get use to it...maintaining cost for the unit always there one. No perfect tenant.

That's why we need Tenancy agreements to address all those problems ;-)
