so many sad stories here
my bro in law rented his unit to a ph also, but he is one of the lecturers in the nearby uni, staying with his wife. hopefully he wont be a nuisance to other owners here la..

Only affordable people can buy MBTL. Other places like puchong, cyberjaya, PJ, subang all lousy area coz got PH. Price all dropping... Time to sapu these area instead coz it gets cheaper and affordable.
