I'm personally think is it developer should be acknowledge about this?since the JMB not yet establish, they who the one responsible and yet, still promoting the MBTL at their FB page.
The PH are directly violate the mutual deeds in an agreement is it? Indirectly the landlord should be responsible. |

It is actually in the plan selling the house. Not because of PH or what not. By the way, a lot of foreigners interested to buy unit in MBTL. I believe MBTL will become international community in Cyberjaya soon.

Was there last week visiting a friend of mine. Nice concept and environment but I didn't think much of the standard of the maintenance. The quality of the place will go down fast if that continues....
