QUOTE(monios @ Jul 14 2015, 10:11 AM) If this happen to me I will complain and request for in-block covered parking. How can they do like this. There must be something wrong with the planning... This is true, if u drive thru block B, u may see the covered parking and some parking attached along the building at roadside all got lot number... OSK credibility....

Didn't OSK write clearly the location of the car park in snp? If yes they need to follow the snp. QUOTE(blowwater101 @ Jul 14 2015, 11:05 AM) My fren unit also have same issue, his parking lot also outside from the building...in the master plan I think initially it should be visitor carpark...

Hi Soros, normally for condo, parking lot is not clearly stated in SNP, developer will assign and allocate for buyer later. But outside the block and uncovered is unacceptable.

Last 2 weeks when I got my keys I walked around the MBTL in the evening. I can hear their loud talking from my block B to salt water pool even their unit just 1 or 2 flor below the sky gym. Very bad environment.

Better form the owner/buyer agreement for all and not to rent to these ppl. It ruins everything even ur house.

Here to urge ALL OWNERS to AVOID RENTING your units to PAK HITAMS/ORANG HITAM for a few reasons :
1. You will be lowering the value of the entire project in the long run as these pak hitams dirty and damage properties, also usually loud, drunk and cause trouble. Not only that, people associate them with crime and thus no one will want to rent or buy in the near future thus making your investment a waste
2. Risk of criminal activity in your unit. You could get into trouble if your unit is used for phishing/drug trade etc.
3. Unreliable tenants - they are known to violate rules and do whatever they like in your unit. Expect your unit to be in bad condition after renting it out to pak hitam
4. These people wont contribute to the resident's association. I can foresee that soon the focus will be on local residents VS. pak hitam residents instead of local residents unite to monitor the management office for the estate's own good
Come on, think long term! Rent your units to MALAYSIANS or FIRST WORLD EXPATS not PAK HITAMS

The sad truth is not everyone has the deep pocket to sustain months or even years of instalments without rental income. I believe most of the landlords would want to rent out at first opportunity to locals/quality expat tenants but then how many of them out there ?

QUOTE(bap0101 @ Aug 6 2015, 07:16 AM) then everyone ends in the worst possible equilibrium, pak hitam by the lake... On the nite of Aug 9 till 2 to 3am of Aug 10, an unit at A block rented to Pak hitam (you can easily locate that unit by standing at the balcony of skygym facing the lake, on your left hand side, one level below skygym with red curtains), party was held, music/talking loud/invited frens coming in from outside. I complained to the security guards, the response I got was nothing can be done to them. Come on, if you are the owner of that unit, please terminate the tenancy. MBTL is degrading.
