weird thing is olympus is still pushing their xz-1 with some ads starring taiwanese singers,why they suddenly thought of doing it now when the camera is out for more than a year

yeah,i think xz-2 most probably come a year or half after panasonic introduce their new LX,and most premium compact has quite a long production life
panasonic LX5 has been around for like 2 years or more liao,i think xz-1 will have at least another 6 month before they lauch the successor |

If XZ-2 can maintain its current form factor, use Sony's 1" sensor @ 10mp and retain its current lens speed = Win.

i will buy it straight if it does so....
now i am waiting for the next wow compact..... basically i also hope Canon s105 will make a come back. Maybe with the G1x sensor in it....hehe. |

dunno i have bad experience with Sony digital camera... that was in the early ages of Digital camera..... those problem all went away ever since i started with my Canon 850IS -> canon s90 and now this 2 years i see those serious compact come out also feel tempted.

Will Oly use a Sony sensor for XZ-2? Certainly hope so.

Hmm. Thinking of letting go my XZ-1 for something really pocketable, ie the Canon S100. I realized that for me, I'd like my compact camera to actually fit in my pocket comfortably. If it doesn't, it kinda defeats the purpose of having a compact camera. :/
