I can't believe how this turned out to be a good buy. My dad bought a double sty link house (22x70, phase A8A i believe) around 305k and I was told by reno contractor today that the house next next to my dad's one has been changed hands @ 440k.. that's insane considering it is new area in klang we talking about

yup, flash flood. The entire Warisan area becomes inaccessible when there is a heavy rain. flood until Petronas station area.
Hopefully they can do something before it affects the image of the area. |
