i book on 30th Apr~ i reach there 9am, and found that can book already~ :-)
luckly i go early, because i leave sharp 10am, and saw many cars drive in, if not i think no chance to buy the endlot unit also~

Yes i booked the first row facing the semi-d actually...regretted not booking the end lot...haih scared of heavy commitment as this is my first house im buying. when got the loan, not much different. Additional RM 150 every month for the end lot...

Paid your balance? Do you have lawyers for your loan agreement?

same, this is my 1st house too~ when i book, also think of heavy commitment, but i like the extra land, so dun care so much, just book 1st~ luckly bayuemas let me apply loan 1st, before i pay deposit and sign S&P.

not yet pay my balance, just get the S&P last 2 days, yesterday go submit document to kwsp to withdraw 2nd account money~ I&P giving 2 mths for us to settle the balance~
i use banker's panel lawyer wor~

Procedure all done, only 10k payment done. So waiting for 2 more months to pay up the balance of 10%. Now all kering already..for lawyer, i have my family member to do it for me so i save a huge sum.

Yup the last row need to top up. When ask them, mention that fengsui cause the house facing south. Yes the warisan house. That time i entered before they dig to lay the piping. Nowadays, no sample house will be provided since the demand is high or maybe speculators. Hope this township can turn out fast in the next few years.

Is it hall tiles is 2x2 & kitchen and bathroom with upperside wall tiles ceiling.
It doesnt mention in specification.....

Warisan is only 300k n yet they get 2x2 n full wall tiles ceiling

Southern Klang is so near to Port Klang, hence, there are lots jobs or investments opportunities around. KESAS highway plays an important role here. Thought of retiring in Klang...

Anyone..did u know or heard any complaint about bayuemas's houses?look that a lot of complains at bdr puteri,bkt tinggi&botanic houses...just curiuos on it..at least before get the keys we know what to check&how the house's condition..but based on the pic of my loan..i&p hv good reputation..hv complain but not as other developer..hoping it's true..coz now there doing 3 type of house.temurun,legasi&dzaman..when dzaman turn hoping no cincai2 buat...
