Any developer cover for SPA, MOT and housing loan agreement nowadays?
Anyone know for WCT parklands and Gamuda botanic?

parkland gt discount 10k for pre-lauching, but last 2 years (my colleague bought there, WCT bear the interest during contrustion, so my colleague save alot~), gamuda botanic new phase akasia, gt special discount, forgot how many % (chinese also can get it). my friend bought botanic akasia last year~
but not sure both of them gt free lawyer fees or not~

wow.....better make up my mind to buy parkland or botanic last year...

bayuemas quite cheap compare to wct and botanic lor~ akasia last year selling price 350k++ for intermediate (20*70), discount also for limited unit (my friend get it, because gt ppl's loan not approved and he know the sales person there also (that time just left few units~)
i gt survey at wct, botanic, bandar puteri~ suddenly found the bayuemas, then direct book after do some survey~

others the built up area is actually quite big...
even akasia only 20*70
parkland 22*75
all bigger built up than dzaman....

hi, Achoo.
yeah,i went there 1 week before i book dzaman. then also go to Phase 2, completed, facing main road 1, i also open the gate and go inside, "mengintai-intai" from the main door and window to see the inside. hahaha~

she said that although the build up same like Dzaman, but the house still look damn small~
dunno Dzaman how, just wait and see~ if u feel "regret", can sell it, think can mark up very high selling price~ haha~ ^^

torn btw to buy a 2nd hand house or new unit. wanted to get one in Klang area but doesnt want too far away until bayuemas and bandar puteri..

since i see someone mention abt Akasia here, it Akasia worth buying? though the fact the house is so far inside botanic..

I think warisan is 22x75 if not mistaken...but I love their window panel down floor..

As for dzaman, dislike the sliding door looks old fashion. On more thing, I thing their tnb meter is in front the gate..so if want to renovated the gate wider, need to fog out a lot to move the meter?

i. 2x2 tiles
ii. ceiling plaster skirting
iii. wide main gate opening for parking (Dzaman is normal main gate at side)

dislikes:
i. kitchen and toilet wall tiles not up to ceiling height
ii. light and fans point looks like too close together and close to edge.

Warisan is 22'x70'...land size min 1540 max 3737,built up 1911 intermediate,1931 end&corner..

Me myself also like the warisan's design but i think the phase facing the road(lagenda) is really nice&attractive..they just rcvd the key,some of them hs been grill the hse&stay there...
