Yes,that one is warisan..nice laminated floor&stairs(step only)...yolahh..don know how dzaman looks like...hopefully will satisfied in all area;)

Added on June 4, 2011, 11:50 pmI went to bayuemas today...no progress yet at dzaman..legasi has been fully fencing& starting to put all the construction's stuff inside...temurun almost done..so mybe they start to build legasi's hse..then dzaman turn..i think la..also go inside the warisan's hse.....

Don't know this sept will launch warisan or dzaman second phase. Hopefully i&p will make this development fast as a township area as propose..

Staying in bukit tinggi 2 with my parents..working in port klg..

lagenda is 2nd phase, rite? before i book Dzaman, i know that they gt subsale for 2nd phase houses, the agent tell me the intermediate wanna sell 360k~ im almost fainted! after 2 years, increase 100k~ sure cannot get 90% for loan, so give up and book dzaman~
the phase 2 houses damn nice lar~ i like it so much~
never mind, at least u now on the boat liao, safe already~ maybe end of the year, the selling price will increase 100k again ler, who know~~

Luckily you didn't buy at bkt 2 lo..I got 4 houses to view on the same day when bayuemas launch. Until my sis told me bayuemas got launch as she is getting to invest, so I just when to hav a look then decided to book since can't get 2nd hand house also.

At botanic, 20x70 house selling for 350k and is a 4 years house new but nobody staying. Come to think of it not worth it la..somemore got hair line crack.

A lot of ppl are talking about bayuemas houses since the last launch.

Relative & sis sapu each...hehe. Bbt 2 area but very normal only..but I like Kota kemuning and setia alam but still prefer south klang area. The 2.5 storey price are ridiculous man.

agree agree, lucky i din buy bkt tinggi 2, because 18*70 (dunno 70 or 75), selling price 320k (some sell in 345k.)
yup, most of 2nd hand house, will have some problem, crack, leaking and etc~

For those buying house, try Maybank in Bukit Tinggi for loan, when I bought my house 2 years ago they offer free interest during construction for bayuemas regret I didn't take.
