Haven't la bro..still early to announce the new launch..

It's takes 1yr to launching dzaman after warisan(we can hv a look of warisan's progress-almost 60% hv done..before they launch another hse why this time sooo fast..in 5mnths got another launching..haiiyaaa current launching hse not build yet maaa....

Quality first not quantity...

Achoo, maybe Dzaman sold out already, so they lauching new phase very fast (i guess only lar~). they take almost 1 year only can finish the warisan's unit ~ because when i go ask around april, the sales person said just sold out on march, then tell me will have lauching on 30 april~
hopefully their quality wont become worst~

*** anyone know is that same contractor for lagenda, warisan and Dzaman?
(Dzaman contrator is seriemas development sdn bhd)

Yaloh wind1234...i think so tooo..how about legasi& temurun?same contractor too?if there is launching for double storey terrace hoping not nice as dzaman...haha..dun wan to be jelous maaa..even the price for sure will increase kaw2..:)next launching we serbu again..eat the delicious food there;)

dunno they will lauch warisan or dzaman or other new phase, because in master plan, they will still have land for warisan at the back; also the dzaman, still gt 4 rows at the back there (if not wrong~). if same phase, 2nd lauching, mayb house design will same, but dunno the inner design and spec how ler~ hope wont make me jealous ler~ wahahahahaha~

dunno ler, coz i found it in S&P, if u search kota seriemas, u can find the page, that kota seriemas develop by seriemas development s/b.

Wah u also evtime pass by..I thought I'm the one that kiasu wanna see. I think they will start building after July which is the dateline for the 10% deposit.
