I have asked few bankers who know about the project and according to them, the developer take time to get approval from government to built the access road and the complaints from bukit OUG side is not really a major issue now. This is the first major construction project by Kiara so most probably they are a bit messy. This might be a good investment as it is quite near to the LRT station but most probably it will take longer time to be completed. Ya, the sales agent told me the delay of Kiara 2 is because the developer has not obtained the approval for the project, most probably they will launch it in Oct.

Passed by on sunday saw there's 5 or 6 cranes and started piling but next to it Z residence has more cranes. Further down at Parklane has even MORE cranes than KR and ZR combined... lol

The price is a bit on higher side after the August adjustment (about RM430/sqft). Frankly speaking, we are still waiting for UOA project which support to launch soon but there's some hiccup which need to hold slightly longer. Once launch I will keep you informed on first hand la so you can sapu the units like sapu bakuli.

actually im quite interested in UOA projects, but bullet is my only concerned ( economy not beyond my control ).
