Personal opinion in term of composition..
1) handchopped - preferably showing the hand laying on the window frame
2) window frame at the right top and bottom - either you frame the whole photo or don't frame at all
3) wait for the right timing - wait for the uncle at the background to move away
4) overall i would prefer the shot to be taken further away and slightly tilted down..would like to see more of the steering wheel (that's an interesting object)

#3, I doubt she has enough patient to look at you if the uncle is actually standing there LOL.

If I can't afford to lose the moment, I'll machinegan the shutter (burst shot), just in case the passers' by are still uncooperative.

Haha... technical knowledge about camera is just the beginning. Knowing how to MacGuyver your surroundings to your photographic advantage is another thing.

Should bring a fence or something to surround the model

Help you answer this off topic Q b3fore I go sleep.

IF 'm not mistaken, you need 2 go 2 your mobo and set it up from there. And I think you do need format. Raid 0 requires 2 same HDD's with same capacity.
Can't guide your completely as I do not know specifics bout you rig, but this is it la basically.
