actually nowadays the NR in softwares are very good already. iso1600 shouldnt be much of a problem.
*
NR is good, but u lost a lot of details by applying NR doh.gif. That's why I shot all my files in RAW with NR OFF wink.gif

No way! Hahaha! The most let you take 1 shot nia tongue.gif.

Thinking to sell away my D90 already, initially wanted to keep D90 for 2 bodies. But now it seems like I rather change lens instead of fitting one at the D90 LOL.
*
Lol, that's what I told you before(or was it other people?), u not gonna use D90 when u have D700, the D90 feels so suck after using D700 cry.gif

Damn right, now I know why my friend dumped his D300 after getting D3. Rather change lens than to use D300 as sub body most of the time LOL.
*
Get the D4 to complement your D700 icon_rolleyes.gif

None of the above, means, other N lens? brows.gif

Played with my friend's D700 + BG + 70200. Awesomely awesome but very heavy sweat.gif IIRC celciuz, you always carry that + SB900 right? Your hand must look like a bodybuilder laugh.gif flex.gif  notworthy.gif
*
U don't need to be a body builder to do that lar, i been carrying my D700+BG+70-200+SB900 frequently and i am skinny(definitely not body builder arm) laugh.gif .. Once u are used to the weight then it will be fine, but it's still quite a lot of weight(My estimation is 4kg for all that gears)

just back from wedding actual day shooting. Kitlens 18mm on APS-C also can die. House too cramped. I wished I got an FF body. sweat.gif

I almost used my kitlens like a "18mm prime lens" tongue.gif

Added on January 2, 2011, 2:18 pm

I went for f/5.6-f/7.1 for group photos. Saves all my hassle. icon_idea.gif

Added on January 2, 2011, 2:19 pm

Just now actual day wedding shoot for just 6 hours I have spammed almost 700+ shots, not counting shutter spam count tonight for dinner. sweat.gif
*
What has FF body got to do with wedding? 18mm on crop sensor is wide enough for u to shoot hmm.gif

i agree with you there bro ... tried the 85mm 1.4G on my D90 without a grip ... its totally off balance for me ...
*
85 1.4g is not meant for crop sensor, it's designed for FF sensor anyway, i find it balanced horribly on my previous D90 but on D700 it is perfect whistling.gif

the only reason we don't find it suit is because we still use DX model.  sweat.gif
cannot do anything. hahaha

Hey Blitz, how's the 50mm 1.4D compared to the Sigma 50mm?? lol..... nearly twice the price, worth?? Other ppl who knows about this feel free to insert ya..
*
1.4D lousy bokeh, soft at 1.4... If want get the best, don't get halfway later ended up selling it for the best laugh.gif .. IMHO, Sigma 50mm is the best for Nikon..simply love it brows.gif
