QUOTE(celciuz @ Dec 30 2010, 02:27 PM) Define 'better'? If you're talking about the DOF then yes generally FX has thinner DOF. 'But if bokeh quality for example like how round the highlights etc all depends on the lens. Anyways, the reason I said my lens all got an 'upgrade' from D700, because of the AF speed. The AF system in D700 is so much faster than on D90's. Another thing to note is my 1635 is finally a real UWA lens, 85mm range is just nice on FX, and 70200 range also superb for my usage now. Not too tele and has a 'wider' end on 70mm too. You used a 16-35 on D90??? WTF??? |

Yeah. What's wrong with that ? I have friends using 24-70 / 14-24 even on D40.

QUOTE(celciuz @ Dec 30 2010, 02:21 PM) After you deleted, did you take any more photo? If you didn't you can try 'Recuva'. But if you've taken photo after deleting then you probably won't be able to recover it. thx for the info... too bad |

QUOTE(mmohdnor @ Dec 30 2010, 04:59 PM) I got mine from lowyat plaza Not sure the store name mobile celurar photo or photo celurar mobile or photo mobile celurar <- combination of these three words 2nd floor turn right if not mistaken. that day, I think was his bad luck he offer me everything low. thinking to get lens but not enough money therefore I just go for the speedlite Lucky me.! QUOTE(BenSow @ Dec 30 2010, 04:59 PM) im buying D3100 tommorow... seller informed me the SD card he selling to me is class 4.. is that ok with D3100's hd vid? class 4 is normal just OK. Good for photo shotting. HD video? I think you shouldn't push it to full HD. usually you will given class 4 SD unless you inquiry (of course you have to pay extra) . celciuz, i was at Chang Chun, China. following the trip by tour guide. it is difficult to hold to shoot and find a shop for memory card. btw, electronic stuff is exp there...is a good exp and lesson to learn. mis-delete the photo just becoz the environment too cold for my hand to keep outside. next time shud replay it in the hotel.
D7000 new battery perform damn well. i shoot bout 1900+. 1st charge during the trip left around 20%, and after 2nd charge, now still remain 60% when i back to msia. shooting in some -15 to -20+ celcius most of the time. impressed** |

Just got my SanDisk SDHC Class 10 today. lovin it:D
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « BTW, I got confused by a friend of mine. Nikkor 35mm f/1.8 is a DX lens, right? So, when a DX lens is attached to a DX body, is the crop factor still applicable? For example, the range of 35mm f/1.8 on D90 is actually 35mm x1.5 or just 35mm? I was told crop factor still applicable even on a DX body. |
