Anyone can share the MRTA rate?
I got from my banker at RM6828. Is this good?

it is based on your age.... MRTA is more or less the same across all banks... not much variation there... there is no good or bad.. the older u get the more expensive mrta will be too
if u talk about MLTA then u can look at different features... |

QUOTE(teaumika @ Jan 29 2011, 09:15 PM) The LRT is at Bukit Oug condominium (opposite of the main entrance). About 5 mins away from R8. The consrction is expected to complete in 2013. The LRT is under construction? confirmed?Trust Me R8 will definitely appreciate by at least 35% once OC Obtained. 5min away is walking distance or driving? |

by the time lrt completed (estimation 2014; you know lar how efficient malaysian builders), to drive to the lrt located at bukit oug condo can take anywhere 5 - 20 minutes of driving. 5 minutes non-peak, 20 minutes or more during peak. that jalan 4/155 is going to be jam packed once parklane oug, z residence, jalilmax and kiara residence is up

When u look at the location of R8 after 2014 then the location of R8 is actually the best as compare to those who lives inside oug as R8 is only beside the main road of okr and jalan puchong where www. no it to travel in those so many taman in oug . |

well.., i wouldn't say the best also.
accessibility for r8 is a bit limited cause only can use okr and jp (jalan puchong) with no possibilities of getting on a tolled road till at least 4km (correct me if i'm wrong) meaning at peak time, you're still going to have to crawl at okr and jp. and lrt wise, there's nothing in the immediate vicinity. kiara residence and km1 is nicely located cause they can still use tolled roads or even LRT almost immediately. |

QUOTE(e_ric5 @ Feb 25 2011, 04:34 PM) so basically R8 is not beneficial of the LRT loh... r8 is a bit too far to get the spillover effect of an lrt imo.by the way, ask Maybank to fly kite!!! Waste my time n effort to wait for them... maybank really sucks in general. rates are terrible and you only get speedy and important attention if you get a good agent from them and that is rare. QUOTE(limwc78 @ Feb 25 2011, 04:41 PM) for those saying oug parklane really a lot of units, some interesting finding:for the following, they are the SAME land size as oug parklane - z-residence (estimate 800-1000 units) - jalilmax (??? units) - bukit oug (1600 units include all the shops inside it) - kiara residence (estimate 600-700 units) no, i'm not getting one is better than the other or whatnot, just saying number of units quite close all things considered QUOTE(KEANFEE @ Feb 25 2011, 04:43 PM) r8 unit and block design is quite nice and interesting. facade and facilities is so so though but i think tranquil enough by itself for good living at that area |

QUOTE(ebackbone @ Feb 25 2011, 04:56 PM) for those saying oug parklane really a lot of units, some interesting finding: pls dun compare parklane density with other condo. how can u add up few different type of condo to compare with one parklane since every condo has their own compound?for the following, they are the SAME land size as oug parklane - z-residence (estimate 800-1000 units) - jalilmax (??? units) - bukit oug (1600 units include all the shops inside it) - kiara residence (estimate 600-700 units) no, i'm not getting one is better than the other or whatnot, just saying number of units quite close all things considered moreover, each different condo has their own seperated security system/facility/entrence/compound/density/design/value/.....BUT parklane only has one compound area which shared by 4000+ units. |

Guys, every sharing is base on a perception N thinking. No right or wrong unless is factual.
As long as you think R8 is a good buy N a nice place to stay then It matter the most. Cheers..... To all R8 owners |
