Hi I've also purchased an apartment in Residence 8 - And I also feel we should have an additional car park -
Also Maybank after some discussion said is offering -2.4 BLR - but I have yet to see and black and white since the Sales and purchase agreement is not out yet.

Guys my point of view about the lock in period - if the lock in period is calculated at 1st draw - and OCR say it will takes 3 years for the condo to be completely built.
Then a lock in period of 4 years is not that bad - unless you want fast capital gain the moment the condo has been completed.
Well just my opinion Im not tai kor.

"If you guys N gals are noticing the R8 advetisement online, there are more N more property agent companies are starting to conduct subsales.
The selling price posted now is RM469,900.00 for 1350 sqft. Good News or Not ? ? I believe soon OCR will tell people all units is sold out. Give them 1 more months then the price of subsale is gonna increased or even u will received call asking whether u want to sell your unit?
"

I think some sales folks are part-time/contract worker go talk direct to their management- then can get the answer directly

I agree with Teaumika!!
Based on trend price will just go UP UP UP for property -it's a global phenomenon.
Example singapore -housing buble burst - but within 2 years after the bubble burst- prices were back to pre bubble burst values.
Unless Malaysia got sub-prime issue like USA then different issue.
Our good friend MAC housing minister say we can emulate Japan and use 2 generation to pay housing loan in the future - so what is he implying? Govt won't stop land property to go up.
