normally OCBC standard is BLR-2.3%

BLR-2.35% at 5 years lock in period, a lot of people duwan liow

maybank rate is ok.. but processing >1month

haha, if u pay extra, the money will auto deduct the principal (prepayment). Unless if you wanna put into the semi flexi capital repayment account, you need to go to counter or bank in cheque (put capital repayment at the back of cheque and loan acct no).. min RM1000 per transaction. For withdraw, minimum withdrawal RM5000, 1 to 2 days advance notice.

otherwise, treat it as our old time loan, pump more save more.

the number thing is funny... but dun expect much from customer service side, everywhere is the same thing.

the mix up is quite funny also.

But in general customer experience is still ok. there are some unavoidable hiccups and you are the unlucky one.

it is based on your age.... MRTA is more or less the same across all banks... not much variation there... there is no good or bad.. the older u get the more expensive mrta will be too
