for the following, they are the SAME land size as oug parklane
- z-residence (estimate 800-1000 units)
- jalilmax (??? units)
- bukit oug (1600 units include all the shops inside it)
- kiara residence (estimate 600-700 units)
no, i'm not getting one is better than the other or whatnot, just saying number of units quite close all things considered

r8 unit and block design is quite nice and interesting. facade and facilities is so so though but i think tranquil enough by itself for good living at that area
