tailou...you sure or not...4200 units....Bukit OUG Condo has only about 1400+ units with 14 blocks. Did you accidentally ter-tambah one extra ZERO? hmm.gif
*
no wrong. is 4200 units on 34 acre land. to give you point of reference, residence 8 is 308 units on 1.5 acre land. so you should have an idea which one is the one being too high density in actuality smile.gif

by the time lrt completed (estimation 2014; you know lar how efficient malaysian builders), to drive to the lrt located at bukit oug condo can take anywhere 5 - 20 minutes of driving. 5 minutes non-peak, 20 minutes or more during peak. that jalan 4/155 is going to be jam packed once parklane oug, z residence, jalilmax and kiara residence is up smile.gif

well.., i wouldn't say the best also.

accessibility for r8 is a bit limited cause only can use okr and jp (jalan puchong) with no possibilities of getting on a tolled road till at least 4km (correct me if i'm wrong) meaning at peak time, you're still going to have to crawl at okr and jp. and lrt wise, there's nothing in the immediate vicinity.

kiara residence and km1 is nicely located cause they can still use tolled roads or even LRT almost immediately.

so basically R8 is not beneficial of the LRT loh...  doh.gif  doh.gif  doh.gif
by the way, ask Maybank to fly kite!!! Waste my time n effort to wait for them...  mad.gif  mad.gif  mad.gif

r8 is a bit too far to get the spillover effect of an lrt imo.

maybank really sucks in general. rates are terrible and you only get speedy and important attention if you get a good agent from them and that is rare.

he is right 4200 unit on 34 arce land, if you able to see the brochure, but really a lot.

for those saying oug parklane really a lot of units, some interesting finding:

for the following, they are the SAME land size as oug parklane
- z-residence (estimate 800-1000 units)
- jalilmax (??? units)
- bukit oug (1600 units include all the shops inside it)
- kiara residence (estimate 600-700 units)

no, i'm not getting one is better than the other or whatnot, just saying number of units quite close all things considered tongue.gif

if u buy for investment u buy bukit oug they.

r8 unit and block design is quite nice and interesting. facade and facilities is so so though but i think tranquil enough by itself for good living at that area smile.gif

QUOTE(mature @ Feb 25 2011, 09:57 PM)
pls dun compare parklane density with other condo. how can u add up few different type of condo to compare with one parklane since every condo has their own compound?

moreover, each different condo has their own seperated security system/facility/entrence/compound/density/design/value/.....BUT parklane only has one compound area which shared by 4000+ units.
*
bro, i already said not saying one better than the other nor wanting to compare pros and cons cause it can just go on and on, just stating out that the number of units can be quite close given land size similarity. that's all. don't need to to bust a brain cell.
