maybe same desease like gold fish..
white spot desease..
correct me if im wrong
eye poping desease is due to internal desease internally, i mean its internal bacterial.
my only lovely goldfish has this desease for so many months already, but currently still using the ocean free medicine to control it, it dont seems to recover, but it dont deteriorate and my one and only goldfish still look very happy with the eye-poped bit.
i googled about this, and it says its not easy to cure this desease but can take it under control.
currently very interested in getting a planted tank, but my one and only goldfish is so healthy till i dont have the chance, yet.
i've been reading on planted tank, including this v6 from pg1 to date and other internet sources.
my goldfish seems to outgrow my current mini tank, tought of getting a bigger tank for it. but i feel like starting a planted tank here. suggest me something? haha!
my tank is only 30x14x20 (long x width x height, in cm). the fish is about 4 - 4.5 inches already lol.
i will only buy a 1.5 ft tank at most.
so my question here is, my current tank (30x14x20) suitable for a nano planted tank? if yes, what sort of things/equipment/knowledge should i posses?
i only have a HOB filter, i'm sure it oversize the tank, so i'm good to go with this HOB filter for this tank.
my plan is, only 1 piece of small rock with java fern, 1 piece of driftwood tied with moss and carpet plan with glosso, and a pair of guppy with 1 otto to be added in near future, is this arrangement ok for this?
about the lighting, which 1 should i get? if i just get PLL, is this fine? i'm still considering on the co2 setup.
if i just get a 3L of new amazonia soil (the price quoted was 40), is this ok? (too much or too little for me?) one suggest me to put zeolite + baczyme under the soil which could gives almost the same effect of the power sand at a cheaper cost.
i'll then rescape it to a 1.5 ft tank, if unfortunate thing happens.
thank you for your input once again
