If HC, it should be around RM8-12 range.

then go for the ones from dymax. they specify the kelvin ratings..

Otherwise, if you can find things from Osram or the sort which says "cool daylight" or white in general. they're generally usable.

Anubias , Ferns, Mosses.. Can't think of any other that would do good in a non -c02ed tank..'

What he's looking for is known as silicate sand.. some shops sell them

lol. dragaonfly larvae is in the top of the food chain in any small ponds (w/o big predatory fishes that is)

It's common to have dragon fly come and lay eggs in your tank.. Take a pincer and attack the fella
