QUOTE(khakilang @ Mar 28 2011, 06:08 PM) I install Debian 6.0 Squeeze on one of my older computer on a Pentium 4, 2.0GHz, 512MB RAM, built in graphic card and 20GB hard disk. Everything went well but some how the IceWeasel and Epiphany browser doesn't recognize Chinese character. It just show some small square box. Although I don't really know how to read Chinese but its a bit annoying. Can someone help me please? Thanks! maybe u can try firefox or chromium browser? IceWeasel 3.6.3 it's quite old

Correct me if i'm wrong.

Successfully remastered Slitaz for a general-purpose liveUSB media. ... Got some quirks, though, since I have to detect the Ethernet drivers manually

QUOTE(scorps @ Mar 28 2011, 06:48 PM) maybe u can try firefox or chromium browser? IceWeasel 3.6.3 it's quite old No doesn't work. Even the Live CD also the same. I think it is the Distro itself. Maybe I wait a while to download and try. Now revert back to Lenny.

No, you have to install the Chinese font. Try this: http://crunchbanglinux.org/forums/topic/77...nguage-support/

Ubuntu Natty Beta : Some comments from me I still think that normal gnome 3 performs better than Unity's workspace Although , Ubuntu Unity interface is much more lightweight as compared to my Classic Desktop loaded with Docky Luv the Intellhide but made it quite hefty to switch apps as u nid to hover to top left to call the "Dock" to come out

Gimp 2.7.... kata mau ada Openraster support but when I tried to open... fail! D: So today I went, took Gimp 2.6.11 source and compiled it... suddenly compiling with an i7 (note: make -j<number of cores/threads> ) feels so good mang .... just to have a GIMP that still has Openraster support...
