Sounds a bit too good to be true....Right in the middle of golden triangle. Anyway please keep us updated.. I am looking towards buying my first property.. either as an investment or just for myself to stay...

At first yes, but looking at the leasehold status as as all the cemetary right beside it, it make more sense to have that price...

but in terms of investment, still sound good.

i think the cemetery is not beside it as it will be blocked by Fraser Residence...

fyi the construction of YNH's Fraser Residence has started few months back...... lotsa machineries there...

my oni question is this SOHO will be facing where?

FYI, 2 towers, 33 floors each. Access through Jalan Cendana, main entrance just opposite Cendana Tower.

fyi, it's facing the abandoned Duta Hyatt....

and heard dat Duta Hyatt is resuming in a few years time. It's earlier plans is a 52-storey condotel....
