Best size for SOHO is 550-600sqft

If that is the case, then we should talk about the negative stuff about this development.

This place is near cemetery, kampung that forever be on the drawing board for development, near the highway (AKLEH), a few meters from the monorail track, leasehold, abandoned building like ex Hyatt and bandar Wawasan, nearer to Jalan TAR, Chowkit, Lorong Haji Taib, Super Jam area, dirty river etc etc. With these factors a pigeonhole at rm320 is still a good buy? biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

if they are watching, i would rather say this...
give us 5% earlybird rebate
and then DIBS, fully furnished becoz there are no selling points on this due to the above shared -ve points biggrin.gif
most importantly, RM320k is tooooooooo expensive
should offer below RM288k rclxms.gif

1000 over units...super high dense...

328k is too expensive...maybe 288k is a better price!

Sunrise offer now unconditional

PETALING JAYA: The takeover offer by UEM Land Holdings Bhd to buy all shares in Sunrise Bhd has become unconditional yesterday, the former told Bursa Malaysia.

All the conditions have been met after UEM Land shareholders approved all the resolutions at its EGM yesterday.

Any clue/hint?

It means that if you are interested in this project, you waiting list becomes longer. First those with cable to Sunrise get to book first, then UEM cable will be next in line. tongue.gif

Think it's jz all hype to steal ppl's attention. Wouldn't be surprise if they announce ALL 328k units sold out even before soft launching. We're conned people! lol.. cool.gif
