This place is near cemetery, kampung that forever be on the drawing board for development, near the highway (AKLEH), a few meters from the monorail track, leasehold, abandoned building like ex Hyatt and bandar Wawasan, nearer to Jalan TAR, Chowkit, Lorong Haji Taib, Super Jam area, dirty river etc etc. With these factors a pigeonhole at rm320 is still a good buy? |

if they are watching, i would rather say this...
