Many followers were stucked as mainly bigger size units when this grp went in last few months before it vp. The demand of summer suites is more on studio.

I personally ll not hav faith in late comers yet claimed to b privileged to hoot on the balance stock. Would the balance stock guaranteed the best???

Btw balance stock ll nvr b sold at the best price. A beta package maybe with 15% off with rebates vely likely higher price than 1st price list b4 rebates. But too bad many blindly entered without having such knowledge.

can be stopped by having limitation on card issuance on each unit (based on size) and each card only can in/out for one person. For example studio maybe limited to 4 cards. Each card only allow enter one pax and the card user need to exit before can be used to enter again.

I think after JMB formation, all this will be sorted and reprogrammed.

it is question of rental rate. Those 8XX sf unit are just one bedroom.

if you plan to ask RM3.5-4K for one bedroom, you are against Vipod, Marc, SOHO, Panorama, Hampshire, Binjai8 territory.

and the choice is pretty clear to me.

Sometimes buying correct layout and understand the market positioning is very important.

Was told by agents the occupancy now is 70%, within less than 1 year.

Sound exaggerated though but rental demand for Fully Furnished studio is very very good.

the stay next to kl city office with walking distance only trend is back... especially for expats.

they prefer stay condo/apartment with walking distance to office now. recently manyak n manyak expats requested.
moved from surburb kl area back to kl city area
mostly requested from banks macam citibank, hsbc... also mnc and some telco companies.

no more public transport for them macam lrt, bus and car transport for them. just too jam pack during peak hour.
pay money squeeze like sartin fish can.

expats budget shrink.
manyak kl city old condo with similar size rental way way cheaper than manyak suburb city area lrt condo with kisao high price high rental.

70% overall sounds a bit too good, but if 70% for studios, I think possible =)

Yes it make sense only studio.

Bear in mind heavy subsale for studios happened for past 6months.
