There has been multiple request to see the letter but no one shared it. Is there really such letter that stated that the management do not allow the unit to be used as residential?

tbh the price point of ss seem good for location, suitable for working class ppl in klcc area, but u dont want to rent or buy a home that sits in the grey area of whether it is really a "home". tbh what power developer or dbkl hv to forbid residential usage? ppl stay overnight at office during peak periods anyway.

sovo is more like an office environment, and ppl do stay overnight in office. sometimes night shift, or OT.

shoplot has restriction. mall will close down after certain time.

Compared to Maytower service residence which offers lower entry price, does this a better choice? Wish to buy one unit for investment
