sound like good deal but so many grey areas and uncertainty. not many ppl dare to gamble so much with property. stocks maybe. think prices here will continue to be depressed

tbh the price point of ss seem good for location, suitable for working class ppl in klcc area, but u dont want to rent or buy a home that sits in the grey area of whether it is really a "home". tbh what power developer or dbkl hv to forbid residential usage? ppl stay overnight at office during peak periods anyway.
