Garden view is a problem, ppl staying above might throw rubbish direct to your garden.
Price is over price at this area.
Still so many units throw out.....since selling 2 yrs ago still cant sold out mean got issue...

I've received call from lawyer firm n bank with regards on developer has changed d land title number or smthing (forgotten) wat it is...anyone face d same?

usually this applies to part surrenderring of original land.

and to my44, if the above applies, it's a disadvantage in the sense that less area = more dense lor. but not much effect lah unless land surrender for the lrt is BIG! imagine from 40units/acre becomes 50units/acre density. or something like that lah.

that would put them wayyyyyyyyyyyy ahead of schedule.

If your SPA signed in Dec'11, they have until Dec'14 to deliver to you. If they deliver in Mar'15 instead, you'll be looking at 3-month Late Delivery. But in my case, SPA signed in May'12 and delivery Mar'15, late delivery payment won't apply. 

Anyway, hope they deliver by Dec'14. The faster the better. LRT also progressing well.

anybody know when is the expected completion date for the LRT as well?

It was supposed to be completed on end of 2013, and commence on earlier 2014.

Why like the zest? What happened to the zest? Lrt to unleash full potential? By the time lrt completed, everywhere is having lrt, even puchong and bukit jalil, whats the different of eve having lrt more stand out?
