and to my44, if the above applies, it's a disadvantage in the sense that less area = more dense lor. but not much effect lah unless land surrender for the lrt is BIG! imagine from 40units/acre becomes 50units/acre density. or something like that lah.

Added on May 17, 2012, 1:39 pmwah, if indeed you are one of the earliest purchaser, and spa is stamped and dated recently, means they have until may 2015 to deliver.
that would put them wayyyyyyyyyyyy ahead of schedule.

May 2015? I was told it will be completed early 2014 .

If your SPA signed in Dec'11, they have until Dec'14 to deliver to you. If they deliver in Mar'15 instead, you'll be looking at 3-month Late Delivery. But in my case, SPA signed in May'12 and delivery Mar'15, late delivery payment won't apply. 

Anyway, hope they deliver by Dec'14. The faster the better. LRT also progressing well.

anybody know when is the expected completion date for the LRT as well?
any plans for them to energise a few stations first to connect to KJ line if connection to BJ isn't ready yet.

More likely different people has their SPA dated differently...

It was supposed to be completed on end of 2013, and commence on earlier 2014.
