Okay, I'm deciding to grab one as well but few points here. Why no one discussed that this is commercial title land so the electricity bill and water bill is more expensive compared to the normal one? I have checked this with the SA and they confirmed this.
Another question, will unifi and astro charge higher as well as this is commercial title? Any advise? |

Hey all, I just got some information here. They are doing the basement work and they need at least 9 months to build to ground level and everything is on progress.
