How I wish that sentence is true, sigh.......

I'd be happy to do things on my own, as long as no one complains about how I do it smile.gif

Unfortunately, I report to at least 5 different seniors, and they each have their own way of doing things... If I don't clarify with them on how they want the work to be done and do it my way, i get scolded and have to redo it, thus spending more time on a simple job sweat.gif

This is very common in the working world, not just for the Big 4 and you just gotta play it smart. Be sure to remember and if needed, take notes/mental reminder on which style for which senior to make your own life easier. Consult other Associates that have been there longer about the Do's and Don't's for the seniors you're reporting to. It's not easy to be done at the first place but try to make it a point to notice the small things as it could make your life a lot easier. Even if you plan to go commercial next time, the same thing will happen allover again.

Just curious, which field is better for a fresh grad / partial grad?

Associate in Performance Improvement in the Advisory Dept or Audit Assistant in Audit Services in the Assurance Dept?

Different firms have different practices wor. Basically they just pay you extra allowance for the peak period to compensate your hard works.

PWC Penang will take how long to process our resume? Actually after 1 week of submiting my resume, KL PWC call me to ask the reason of leaving one of big 4, but until now (nearly 2 weeks from that call) still do not contact me for further action, is it no hope? sad.gif

Rm600 in EY to be paid in April for months Jan-April (so they'll get RM2.4k in april itself for seniors)
RM500 in PwC to be paid monthly, each month (RM2k in total)
