WTA, what are the possible ways to submit CVs for employment?

I mean is it necessary to be in hard copy or is it possible to send my soft copy to them instead?
I know that PWC is accepting soft copy via their webpage, how about others?

base on your opinion, do u think there's difference between CV handed in personally(digital copy or hardcopy) str8 to the firms compared with CV handed in to the college management to be compiled and handed over in a stack instead?

Just curious, which field is better for a fresh grad / partial grad?

Associate in Performance Improvement in the Advisory Dept or Audit Assistant in Audit Services in the Assurance Dept?

how bout those who haven't completed their exams? ie left one or two papers?

they do take in but they'll obviously prefer those who've completed it rather than final sem students.. then again there's no harm to try applying for it right..

well KayPeeAmGee just rejected my application, probably on the grounds that I'm a finalist(not yet fully pass all papers) and no OBU yet..

may i ask what's the advantage and disadvantage of being in a firm that assigns u to specific industry compared to being in a firm that assigns u to range of different industry? thanks.

so may i know which firm assigns a range of industry and which firm assigns specific industry? so far I only know that KPMG assigns ranges of industries for its audit employee. how about others? thanks

since I've receive some conflicting infos, I just wanna clarify, is it really that EY and PwC assign specific audit field to each audit team? and is it really true that KPMG or Deloitte offer wide range of industry for their audit team to experience?

cuz there are employee from these company who says the otherwise.

and if I'm employed in a firm that practice specific audit field, is it possible to request to switch to another industry if I find that I prefer another industry more?

how about if I'm in a broad audit field firm, is it possible to request that I'm assign to specific field if I manage to find out a specifc industry that I fancy?

may I ask do they personally call u up to tell you that ur not shortlisted after u sent in your resume?

so if I receive a call from them, it is usually to inform me that I'm shortlisted and not otherwise?

Cuz I did received a call, but I didn't hear clearly that I'm shortlisted or I'm NOT shortlisted. I could only catch the word "shortlisted".
However they never mention anything about what's next, eg interview, assessment etc.

I submitted my resume to all the big 4 during the previous ACCA career fair in September, and also send in again through my college few weeks ago.

Should I continue sending it again tru their website/email?

Is it necessary to call them regularly to check on my application?

I'm looking forward to be recruited in January tho..

what's the chance of getting recruited into big 4 if only got 3rd class OBU and failed some papers in ACCA before?

are the big 4 very academic result orientated?

but I was hoping to get recruited in January b4 getting the results in February..

don't wanna waste that 2 months, especially since I already have OBU(altho it may just be a 3rd class qualification)
