from wat i gather

i would like to know

while im being charged higher payment for slower speeds

i was a screamyx customer from 17/10/2003 till now

i was initially usin 512 for rm148

then somewhere along
my bill was cut to rm99

n i was understood then tat it was
-cut to rm99 cause of price revision
-512 upgraded to 1mbps

so it was all fine n dandy then

then suddenly in june or july 2010
i kept gettin slow speed
i called n was informed i was on 512 speed

so ok nvrmind
i went n upgraded my line to 1mbps under the blockbuster package

came back n still havin slow speed
call again
n the customer service told me i was already on 1mbps b4 i upgrade
so then i ask to cancel my upgrade since its the same
was denied it unless i went back to menara tm where i did the upgrade

quite funny
how can a 1mbps user upgrade to 1mbps

so today i called again

i was informed again i was on 512 till i upgrade in june or july of tis yr

so if wat i was told is true

i would not go back too far in the past
i will just take my point from 2009

in tis yr
the price of rm77 is for the 1mbps + modem package
why m i being made to pay for rm99 for 512 + modem package

isnt tis overchargin

so does tis mean
if we are not aware
we are still gonna b charged higher for slower speed?

tis is basically bull shit
shouldnt loyal customers be treated equally

since the price has went down
why r the old customers being charged for so high for the old package

so does tis mean
those who didnt find out bout tis
we are payin blindly for slower speeds

n since tis issue of fup is brought up
there has never been any guidelines as to how much quota we can use per month
there has nvr been any information released to us

we are kept away by blatant lies told by the customer service
case in point
u can review those recorded conversations

why not just tell the truth

my 1st recorded conversation is on 2329 on 3/12/2010 by a female named faizan
tis is biling dept

my 2nd recorded conversation is on 0001 on 4/12/2010 by a male name niza
tis is technical dept

n why is the speed cappin under product dept instead of technical dept
