TM is being so arrogant here because they monopolize the market. They know most of us here has got no other choice.

Damn! Now we screwed.

Nevermind people. Just continue to launch new reports everyday. If not resolved, go to MCMC and make complaint again. Hey since our net usage is so f-ed up, the time we would normally use to surf the net or watch our downloaded stuff, can be used to make reports/fill-in forms.

I here can do nothing about these problems, and there's nothing that many here can do. United we stand, divided we fall. Now, we're not even united with concept. Many are still focusing on customer service. Remember, they are just puppets. Someone else's pulling the strings. So this is something I wanna do. I want people to understand where the problem is. All TMNet needs to do, is keep us at lvl4-5. They can send us to lvl2-3 from time to time, but that cannot be for too long. From time to time, they send us to lvl7, and that's when its profitable. Sooner or later, they will drop it to lvl4-5 (more profits).

They are fighting for maximum profits with filthy marketing tactics. Open your eyes. In a fruit, what matters is the inside, not the outside. When I say they, I mean higher ups. Puppets are no different than us. They must keep them at lvl4-5.

its been 4 days my internet got capped by TM..can't even login into PSN
around 12 am like that only the cap lift off and i can enjoy full speed..

Did a speed test, and it is even worst than before.
Paying for a 4Mbps package and get this kind of speed. Really bolehland
